# Fix loading, input and sound issues — NFSU2 Browser

Practical checks when the game needs attention.

## The game does not start
Read the loading error. Update the browser, enable hardware acceleration and check available disk space. Keep the game tab visible while loading. A missing local runtime requires the project’s resource preparation command.

## Keys do nothing
Click the game picture, then try arrows and Enter. Close the options dialog before driving. The PC version uses Enter to confirm and Escape to go back.

## Sound is silent
Click the picture or press a key to unlock browser audio. Check the toolbar mute switch, system volume and browser tab settings.

## Preserve progress
Save and quit before reloading. Export a backup when possible. Clear downloaded files only after quitting; avoid clearing all site data to troubleshoot a download.
